How to Enrol

Enrolment at EBCCC is simple.

Step 1: Contact the centre on 9579 4547 to organize a tour. Our management team will guide you through our rooms and facilities, talk to you about guiding principles and the day to day schedules and programs of the centre and answer any questions you might have about how we can meet the individual needs of your child.

Step 2:  Fill out and submit the enrolment form that will be provided at the conclusion of your tour

Step 3: Confirm your orientation and commencement dates with the management team


EBCCC is a not for profit centre which means that our fees kept to the minimum level required to keep the centre operational whilst providing the high level of care we pride ourselves on. Fees at EBCCC cover:

  • All meals, including breakfast (depending on arrival time), morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
  • Suncreen
  • All incursions (eg. African drumming workshop, petting zoo, Toothfairies on tour)

Parents are given 28 days notice of any changes to fees.

Child Care Rebate

All types of care at EBCCC are eligible for a percentage of the Child Care Tax Rebate for out-of-pocket expenses. The Rebate helps families with the cost of child care. The Rebate covers a percentage of out-of-pocket child care expenses for approved child care, with a rebate up to a certain dollar amount (indexed) per child per year, for eligible recipients.

Child Care Benefit

The Child Care Benefit (CCB) is a payment made to families to assist with the costs of child care. Families using child care provided by approved child care services may receive CCB. Child Care Benefit is available for families whose income meets the eligibility criteria. You can apply for Child Care Benefit at any Centrelink office. This should be lodged prior to your child commencing care as Child Care Benefit (CCB) only applies from the date of lodgement. You may apply for fee relief at your local Family Assistance Office (FAO) or call 13 61 50.
Application forms are available from the Family Assistance Office (operated through Medicare) or at www.familyassist.gov.au or at EBCCC for your convenience.
